They refer to the “buyer” as the “buyer and/or assigns.” This gives them a lot of flexibility if the case should arise that they need to make new arrangements. Also, if the seller’s agent starts to talk to you about an Estoppel Letter, tread carefully. Signing one of these will limit your choices down the road. What great information!
