Victor has been an Architect for 35 years and he is an incredible resource when it comes to energy efficiency in building design. One technique that Victor uses at RMI is Hydronics. Instead of having an A/C unit or a furnace running all of the time and battling back and forth, they just shift hot and cold water around where it is needed. He see 65% savings when he implements these changes. He effectively modified the Empire State Building using Hydronics and window replacement. These are high performing, beautiful buildings that have a higher value with a lower net income and higher appeal. Thanks for listening!
